1. Petitioners submit victim had taken money from various villagers. Over this issue there was a commotion. A false criminal case has been registered. They pray for anticipatory bail.
2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer.
3. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim. He alleged that he along with others had given money to one Miaj Ali Khan. Over this issue villagers had detained him and demanded money. Profile of the allegation shows that the dispute arose over money being handed over to Miaz Ali Khan, an agent for going abroad. Victim was detained for recovery of the money.
4. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation for progress of investigation is not necessary and they may be granted anticipatory bail.
5. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, Signed By :

to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of BNSS 2023.
