The instant criminal revisional application has been filed for quashing of proceedings in M.P. Case No. 2081 of 2010, under Section 144(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 pending before the Learned Executive Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore including order dated 12th October, 2010 passed by the learned Magistrate. The effect of the impugned order has already expired. Under such circumstances, the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of.
