1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. Petitioner is the owner of the hotel where trafficking of women for sexual exploitation was being carried on. Victims are Bangladeshi minors. In view of the nature of offence having far reaching social implication we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
