1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody for in excess of 260 days. Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report (FIR).

2. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the victim was called to a party organized by the petitioner and the co-accused. Bloodstains found on the wearing apparel of the petitioner matched the blood group of the victim.

3. Petitioner stands implicated in murder.

4. Considering the period of detention and the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.

6. CRM (DB) 4069 of 2024 is disposed of.
