The petitioner was granted bail on 16.01.2025. The condition imposed amongst others was to meet the Officerin-Charge of the concerned Police Station once in every fortnight until further orders.

The report submitted by the State reflects that petitioner complied with the condition of meeting with the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station till 31.10.2025. Thereafter, the petitioner stopped reporting. Since the petitioner has violated the condition, I am not inclined to relax the conditions as prayed for. Petitioner will comply the conditions as directed in the order dated 16.01.2025 for the next three months and thereafter renew his prayer for relaxation.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2026 is, thus, dismissed.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record.
