It appears from the report that the petitioner has been reporting to the Officer-in-Charge of Farakka Police Station, which is the concerned Police Station.

The petitioner also says that he is also residing within the jurisdiction of Farakka Police Station as per one of the conditions of interim bail.

In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail on the same conditions on which interim bail was granted to the petitioner and we do so.

The petitioner shall furnish the present address where he is residing to the Officer-in-Charge of the Farakka Police Station forthwith.
