The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the two applications, one for temporary injunction and the other for amendment of the plaint in connection with Title Suit No.368 of 2025, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

Mr.

Mishra, learned Advocate appearing-inperson opposes this application on the ground that the prayer for injunction cannot be allowed, as there is a subsisting order in respect of the self-same property which has been passed by another competent civil court.

In my view, the prayer of the petitioner is innocuous. Neither party stands to lose if a proceeding is disposed of expeditiously. In fact, such expeditious disposal shall enure to the benefit of the parties.

This revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Judge to dispose of both the applications within three months from the next date fixed, upon giving adequate opportunity to all the contesting parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, strictly in accordance with law.

This court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the applications. The learned court shall proceed independently and in accordance with law.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
