The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition praying, inter alia, for a direction upon the respondents to set aside the inquiry report of the internal committee (IC) and the steps taken further thereto.

However, during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has been terminated from service. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same and intends to challenge the same by filing a fresh writ petition. 3.

The petitioner is personally present in Court indentified by his learned advocate, Ms. Pooja Sah, and prays leave to withdraw the instant writ petition and file a fresh one challenging the subsequent cause of action.

The respondents are represented.

Since the petitioner intends to file a fresh writ petition upon fresh cause of action that has arisen subsequently, accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed as 'not pressed'.

Be it recorded that the Court has not gone into

the merits of the instant writ petition at all. 7.

It will be open for the petitioner to raise all issues before the competent forum in accordance with law in a fresh proceeding, if so advised.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
