Praying for an order for cancellation of the panel prepared on the basis of the interview held on 19th October, 2008 and a further direction to hold interview afresh to fill up the post, the present writ petition was preferred.

I am of the considered view that with the passage of time the writ petition has become infructuous. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
