Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17th July, 2025 whereby the warrants have been issued against the petitioner. Section 70 sub-section (2) of the Cr.P.C. provides that the warrant may be recalled by the court which issued the warrant.

Thus, the petitioner may move an application before the learned trial court for recalling of warrant.

Learned trial court shall dispose of the same in accordance with the law.

CRR 140 of 2026 stands disposed of.
