Since the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of GR Case No.11142 of 2022 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Barrackpore, the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite parties.

The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case. This Court is informed that charges have been framed and 7th March, 2025 has been fixed for recording evidence. No witness has been examined till date. In view of the above, the learned trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion within one year from the next date of hearing fixed before him, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. The revisional application being CRR 5065 of 2024 is disposed of.
