The petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the proceedings are progressing in connection with Maintenance Case No. 75 of 2023 dated 27.09.2023.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that time is being consumed by the opposite party for filing written objection.

Records reflect that on 27.09.2023, the present petitioner was also not present and as such show-cause was issued. The next date has been fixed on 31.01.2024. The petitioner is directed to file the show-cause assigning her reasons on the date so fixed.

The learned trial court will fix one date in every 45 days so that trial of the case can be concluded within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4664 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
