1. Application for cancellation is directed against an order granting interim bail.

2. Interim bail is yet to be affirmed by the learned Court passing such order.

3. It would be appropriate to await the decision of the Court in seisin of the application for grant of bail. We find no reasons to intervene at this stage when this Court is yet to take a final decision.
