It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is a police personnel facing departmental proceeding and he is adhering all the conditions imposed upon him regularly and no allegation of violation of any of the conditions has been reported. 2.

On behalf of State no objection has been raised. 3.

Sate has submitted status report wherefrom it is seen that there are 70 charge sheeted witnesses and witness action has been started and date has been fixed for taking evidence of PW 2. Therefore, the vital witnesses are yet to be examined. Therefore, prayer made by the petitioner can be allowed only to the extent that he will meet the Officer-in-Charge, Anti Dacoity and Robbery Squad, Detective Department, Lalbazar once in a week until further orders in place of twice in a week.

In view of the above, CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting adjournments to either of the parties.
