By this writ petition the writ petitioner sought for a direction upon the respondents/authorities to consider her representation dated 16.11.2007 and to recast the panel and to place her at the top of the panel to give her appointment to the post of auxiliary nursing midwifery.

The subject selection process was initiated in 2007. With the passage of time the matter has become infructuous. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
