Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, 24 kgs of ganja was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner.

In view of the fact that commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner, petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Consequently, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Hence, the application for bail is rejected.

C.R.M. (NDPS) 1862 of 2024 is dismissed.
