Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he is in custody for 7 months and he has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case, as such he may be released on bail on any stringent condition. Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the victim's neck was slit and he is still at comma stage. The injuries are grievous in nature and as such the petitioner may not be released on bail.

Having considered the gravity of the offence, I direct the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after the stage of consideration of charges is over.

At this stage, CRM (M) 2683 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
