Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits he is in custody for 283 days. He renews his prayer for bail. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in September, 2022. Delay in commitment is due to abscondence of co-accused who is a relation of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
