This instant application filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of the proceeding being MP Case No. 3891/2017 under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the same is pending before the learned Executive Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas. This case pertains to year 2017. In spite of pendency of this case since nobody represented the petitioners.

No accommodation sought for. It seems the petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR/3956/2017 is, thus, dismissed for default without order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
