Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no. 7 submits that the victim is present in Court. She is an adult of about 29 years of age. He

submits that, the victim left her paternal residence voluntarily in order to focus on her career.

Report submitted on behalf of the State discloses letters written by the victim to the relevant police authorities stating that she is leaving her paternal home voluntarily in order to focus on her career.

In such circumstances, we find no merit in the present writ petition.

W.P.A. (H) 101 of 2025 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
