In spite of direction for administrative notice, no service has been effected as the proprietorship firm M/s. Sia Fashion could not be traced out at the address as given in the revisional application.

Upon perusal of the record it appears that on earlier occasions, no one represented on behalf of the petitioners. Today also no one represented on behalf of the petitioners, no accommodation sought.

This is an application pending since 2017.

Under the above circumstances, this court finds that the petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR 3960 of 2017 is thus dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let the order be communicated to the Ld. Court below for information.
