The present petition is being filed for expeditious disposal of the AC case No. 5154 of 2019 pending before the learned 10th Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is pending since 2019 and no substantial proceedings are taken place. The Court considers that no prejudice will be caused to either of the parties if the appropriate direction is made for expeditors disposal of the matter. 2.

The learned 10th Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas is directed to expeditiously dispose of the AC Case no. 5154 if 2019 without grating any unnecessary adjournments in accordance with law.
