It is submitted from the Bar that after filing of the present writ application, the police authorities have provided sufficient protection for construction of the boundary wall in an around of the Ashram, namely, Ayachak Ashram situated at Mouza - Chakda, J.L. No. 42, R.S. Khatiyan No. 2068, R.S. Plot No. 812/2196 and the construction of the boundary wall for safeguard of the Ashram has been completed.

It is submitted that as the boundary wall has been constructed and nothing remains in the present writ application.

In view of the above, WPA 28157 of 2025 is disposed of. (Krishna Rao, J.)
