1. This matter has appeared in the list at the instance of the learned Advocate for the petitioners for certain corrections of the order dated 17.12.2025 as pointed out hereunder:- i) The name of one of the Advocates who appeared on behalf of the petitioners should be 'Ms. Srijani Ghosh' instead of 'Mr. Srijan Ghosh'.

ii) In paragraph nos. 5 and 25 the date of the order should be 'November 22, 2024' instead of 'November 18, 2024'.

2. Mr. Chatterjee and Mr. Ghosh, appearing for respondent nos. 4 to 9, have also suggested the deletion of paragraph 2. Accordingly, paragraph 2 of the said order is deleted. Consequently, paragraph 35 also stands deleted.

3. In substitution of para 35, the following shall be incorporated:

"Since only a point of law is involved and the facts are not in dispute, no affidavits have been called for."

4. Further, on their prayer, the following paragraph shall be added thereafter:

"This order will not impede the rights of respondent nos. 4 to 9 in the pending revisional application before this Hon'ble Court."

5. Office is directed to carry out such corrections as pointed out since they are apparent and ministerial in nature.

6. Other portion of the judgment shall remain unchanged.
