1. The petitioner says that he is in custody for 2 years and 2 months. He renews his prayer for bail.

2. Learned counsel for the parties apprises us that January 10, 2025, has been fixed as the date for pronouncement of judgment by the learned Trial Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer at this stage.

4. CRM (NDPS) 1881 of 2024 is dismissed.
