1. Co-ordinate Bench by an order dated January 14, 2025 permitted the petitioner to leave India on February 3, 2025 and return on February 25, 2025.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is back in India.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report which be taken on record.

4. The report dated March 5, 2025 states that the petitioner returned to India on February 21, 2025 and deposited his passport with the police station on February 23, 2025.

5. In such circumstances, in view of such compliance of the petitioner CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
