Petitioner, apparently is involved in a money laundering activities. Amounts were initially deposited in the account of the petitioner and was apparently, withdrawn across India and foreign countries.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, C.R.M.(A) 5421 of 2023 is rejected (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
