Advocate, Mr. Ashish Dutta ...for the State This contempt application arises out of order dated 18th October, 2024 passed in WPA 12761 of 2024. By order dated 18th October, 2024 in WPA 12761 of 2024, following direction was passed:

"Upon hearing the learned advocates for the respective parties the respondent no. 4, Pradhan, Hizole Gram Panchayat is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 15th April, 2024 and dispose of the same by a reasoned order within a period of 4 (four) weeks from date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned."

Mr. Pratip Kumar Chatterjee, learned Senior Advocate representing alleged contemnor, respondent no.4, Hizole Gram Panchayat submits that the order of

the Court has been complied with and a reasoned order has been passed by the Pradhan, Hizole Gram Panchayat. He files the copy of the letter dated 27th January, 2025 along with a reasoned order which is taken on record.

Perused the aforesaid letter and the reasoned order passed by respondent no.4, alleged contemnor. Since it is found that the order of this Court dated 18th October, 2024 has been complied with by the alleged contemnor, respondent no.4, the contempt petition being no. C.P.A.N. 1849 of 2024 is disposed of without any direction.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
