Learned advocate representing the applicants as well as alleged contemnors have jointly submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

In support of the same attention of this Court has been drawn to one of the similar orders passed by the Principal-in-Charge, Contai Polytechnic, Government of West Bengal, dated 10th February, 2024.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the parties the contempt application stands disposed of and the Contempt Rule stands discharged.
