1. Affidavit of service filed. Let it be taken on record.

2. Present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 597 of 2024 from the Court of 1st Additional District Judge, Serampore, Hooghly to the Court of the learned District Judge, South 24 Parganas at Alipore.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party at the outset has fairly submitted that though he has no objection but it may be noted that the Serampore Court and Alipore Court are more or less equal distance from the residence of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that he would not oppose the transfer if it is inconvenient for the petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the opposite party, Matrimonial Suit No. 597 of

2024 is withdrawn from the Court of the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Serampore, Hooghly and assigned to the Court of learned District Judge, South Parganas at Alipore for expeditious disposal.

5. The transferor Court is directed to send the entire case record to the transferee Court.

6. The petition stands disposed of.

7. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
