The writ petitioner is aggrieved by nonconsideration of the representation dated August 7, 2024 addressed to the respondent nos. 2 and 3. It appears that the representation seeking cancellation of distributorship of "Mother Dairy" in the name of the petitioner, in the form of a notice issued by the learned advocate for the writ petitioner has been pending with the said authorities since August, 2024.

Justice would be sub-served, if this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the representation dated August 7, 2024 made to the said respondent by the learned advocate for the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order, by passing a reasoned order. Such reasoned order must be

communicated to the petitioner within a week of the passing thereof.

It is clarified that the authority shall be free to take decision on the matter, in accordance with law. It is further clarified that the Court has not gone into the merits of the matter and all points are kept open to be decided by the authorities concerned strictly in accordance with law.

WPA 28577 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
