Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

There is an order passed by the Coordinate Bench requiring the police to conduct investigations relating to mobile tower location frauds.

The case diary suggests that the petitioner is involved in the incident of taking money on the plea of erecting a mobile tower; requirement of custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked at this stage.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5971 of 2022 is dismissed.
