Petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering and disposing his representation dated 20th June, 2023, by which he has asked the respondent authority concerned to direct the bank concerned to refund the amount in question. Though more than six months have been passed, but till date the aforesaid representation is kept pending. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merit of the aforesaid representation, this writ petition being WPA 27280 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of

the petitioner dated 20th June, 2023, being Annexure P-12 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. In case of nonappearance by the petitioner on the date of hearing so fixed by the respondent, the respondent authority concerned will be free to pass ex parte order on the aforesaid representation.
