1. This matter has come up under the heading "to be mentioned" after it was mentioned in the morning seeking correction of the order dated 18th December 2025. Accordingly, the matter has been listed in the supplementary list and is being taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

2. It appears that in the order dated 18th December 2025 in the first line of the third page, second paragraph, the year "2025" has been incorrectly recorded. Let the same be corrected and read as "2026". Similarly in the second line of the third page, second paragraph the word "bags" has not been incorporated after the word "Jute". Let the same be incorporated accordingly.

3. Department is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections in the order dated 18th December 2025. Other portions of the order remain unaltered. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
