Mr. S. S. Koley ... for the WBSEDCL The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 9th September, 2025.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is an electric pole situated at the land belonging to the petitioner and the same is causing inconvenience and obstruction.

On behalf of the respondent-WBSEDCL, it is submitted that the petitioner is a subsequent purchaser of the land and that the electric poll was installed way back in 2015 whereas the petitioner has purchased the land in 2024.

Be that as it may, WPA 28432 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the concerned Station Manager, being the respondent no. 3, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving the right of hearing to all the interested parties.

It is made clear that there has been no expression on the merits of the case and all issues are left open to be decided by the concerned authority in accordance with law.
