The petitioners have prayed for an order directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th court at Alipore to dispose of the Misc. Case along with the pending applications.

After going through the records, this court finds that 1st of February, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure and the substitution petition. In view thereof, CO 4124 of 2024 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th court at Alipore, South 24-Parganas to take up the hearing of the substitution petition on the next date fixed i.e. on 1st February, 2025 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the substitution application, the learned Civil Judge is

requested to dispose of the pending applications in Misc. Case No.32 of 2014 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties on usual formalities.
