Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Injuries, though near a vital part of the body i.e. eye, do not appear to be grievous. It is contended there is prior enmity. Possibility of exaggeration in respect of outraging modesty cannot be ruled out. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary and they may be granted anticipatory bail. 3.

Accordingly, we direct in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, (1) Barejul Sk., (2) Saddam Sk., (3) Israil Sk., (4) Sain Sk. @ Akhtar, (5) Hamidul Sk. @ Hamidur @ Rahaman, (6) Tousik Sk. @ Toufik Sk. @ Tousim, (7) Sumi Khatun @ Bibi & (8) Rima Bibi @ Mst. Rima Bibi, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Signed By : ARUP KUMAR DAS High Court of Calcutta 12 th of December 2024 04:49:52 PM
