The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although the application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being Misc. Case No. 150 of 2021 was preferred before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barasat, but till date she is not receiving any interim maintenance. Mr. Dutt, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petition with the prayer for interim maintenance is still pending. The next date has been fixed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barasat on 17.06.2023.

The learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barasat is directed to dispose of the application for interim maintenance on 17.06.2023 or within a fortnight thereafter. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4673 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
