Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner entered into a romantic relationship with the minor. Thereafter, he refused to marry. As a consequence, victim committed suicide. Keeping in mind the nature of crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
