The petitioner complains that they are unable to construct boundary wall around the petrol pump station due to obstruction by local people.

Counsel for the State submits that the Saltora Police has already taken out proceedings 107 of the CrPC and has also registered FIR.

There is a dispute with regard to the demarcation of the petitioner's property. Such demarcation has been effected by the BL&LRO. In the event of any objection as regards such demarcation, appropriate steps under the WBLR Act, 1955 may be taken by the objectors. 4.

The petitioner shall be entitled to construct it's boundary wall.

For the aforesaid purpose, Saltora Police Station, Bankura shall post a police picket at the cost of the petitioner on its premises, if such prayer is made by the petitioner. The cost of deployment shall be communicated to the petitioner by the Saltora Police Station forthwith. The deployment shall take place only after payment of such cost.

Saltora Police shall complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible. Saltora Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
