1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners are accused in this case, which was registered way back in 2000. The petitioners regularly attended the Court. They missed a date in 2023 and warrant of arrest was issued. Thereafter, they were arrested and forwarded on 24.11.2025.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the fact that the petitioners were on bail and purportedly regularly attended the Court till 2023 and were thereafter, arrested in November, 2025 and suffered custody thereafter, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

4. The petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the ACJM, Contai and shall regularly attend the Trial Court and shall not threaten or intimidate the witnesses.

5. Accordingly, the application for bail is allowed.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
