The petitioners and the Union of India are represented. Learned senior counsel representing the NMC submits that after the petitioners had preferred an appeal against the order passed by this Court on 20.12.2024, the matter was taken up by the Division Bench in MAT 2353 of 2024 with CAN 1 of 2024. Finally, by an order dated 26.12.2024 the said appeal and the writ petition both were dismissed.

Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.
