The order dated 23.12.2025 reflects that none appeared for the petitioner. State was present on earlier date. Today also learned advocate for the State is present and submits that the evidence of the last witness is in progress. In view of the stage of the case, I am of the opinion that it would not be fit and proper to release the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 2698 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
