The present contempt application has been preferred alleging violation of an order dated 6th August, 2024, passed by this Court in the writ petition, being WPST 4 of 2024. The State and its functionary have also filed an application for review of the said order dated 6th August, 2024.

In view thereof, the contempt application as well as the review application along with connected applications is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
