Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the merit of the case so far as the evidence which has surfaced in course of the trial exonerates the present petitioner.

Learned advocate for the State submits a report. I find that the case is at an advance stage. As such, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Learned trial Court would assess regarding the fact that the accused persons are in custody for a considerable period of time and as such pronounce its verdict within a reasonable period of time.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 2701 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
