Case No. 1190 of 2022 wherein the petitioner has raised her grievance relating to her arrest in course of investigation and production before the jurisdictional Magistrate concerned, I am of the view that the subsequent order passed by the learned Magistrate have taken into consideration the grievance of the petitioner.

As the petitioner has canvassed other issues including the issue relating to her arrest before the Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District on or about

12.11.2022, in case such representation was not acted upon, the Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District would consider the representation and communicate the outcome to the petitioner preferably within a period of four weeks.

In case, the office of the Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District is unable to lay hands on the representation dated 12.11.2022, a fresh copy be called for from the petitioner who would hand over the same, thereafter, within a period of four weeks the same will be considered.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 28440 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
