1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is charged with the offence of murder, if proved, would attract mandatory imprisonment. There are allegations of threatening witnesses. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. .
