The revisional application was preferred challenging the continuation of Bishnupur P.S. Case No. 422 of 2023 registered under section 498A/323/313/406/34 of the IPC. The stage at which the petitioner approached this court, the investigation of the case was under progress. If the investigation till date has not been completed, steps be taken to take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass all the issues at the stage of trial. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4682 of 2023 is disposed of.
