Sengupta ......for the IOCL Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents-IOCL terminated the licence of the petitioner. Counsel places a letter of 24th February, 2023 in this regard.

The respondents are represented.

WPA 28450 of 2022 is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and all connected applications are disposed of.
