Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the State.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall join the job assigned to him as ER OPD without prejudice to his rights and contentions in the matter pending before the Tribunal.

Since the Tribunal is yet to take up the issue for its final adjudication, we find no reason to interfere with the order passed by the Tribunal and leave all issues, including the prayer for interim relief open for the Tribunal to consider in the proceedings.
